From foundry to processing, painting, assembly and testing, our quality control/quality assurance personnel must check all items in the quality control/quality assurance manual for the next step. The supervisor of the quality control/quality assurance team will conduct spot checks on the inspection work of the quality control/quality assurance personnel to further ensure that the quality meets the requirements.
Castings: Component analysis, metallographic analysis and physical and mechanical properties analysis will be carried out for each batch of materials.
rubber materials: We need to do aging test, low temperature test, hardness test and adhesion test.
Epoxy coating: When epoxy powder enters, we need to do bonding test, impact test, spark test, thickness test, degree of polymerization test and corrosion resistance test.
Shell test, seal test and operation test will be carried out in accordance with the standard requirements.
