1. Spool to spin 90 degree to complete the valve opening and closing. Integrated ductile iron increases the strength of the plug and makes sure that the installation position correction accuracy. When the valve is opened, the plug is rotated to the side of the body cavity, avoiding the channel in the direction of flow of the fluid, which may prevent further use of plug fluid on the impact and destruction, prolong life. All inclusive rubber plug rubber sealing surface can achieve a tight seal zero leakage. Plug valve within the operating pressure range can be bi- directional zero leakage seal.
2. Fluid flow in from the round port area and pass thru the rectangular path. From round to rectangular, the flow will flush the seat surface and clean up the dirt so to prevent the accumulation of the dirt. When valve closing, the dirt could be pushed off. And rubber seat will surround the seat surface so to assure 100% seal.
3. Full port design, no port shrinking, low head loss.
4. Full top opening bonnet, if the valve end of its life; simply replace the valve cover to complete the dismantling of the valve
